“Forza” does not support split screen and spectator modes and multiplayer AI racing.
Chris Esaki, the creative director of ” Forza Motorsport ” (2023), revealed that “Forza Motorsport” will not support split-screen mode, spectator mode in featured multiplayer games, and racing with AI when it is released.
Regarding why there is no split-screen mode, Chris Esaki said they have “invested heavily” in the game’s graphics performance and game rendering engine to make split-screen operations very difficult, so this mode will not be launched.
Regarding not having a spectator mode or an AI racer in multiplayer races, Chris Esaki said it’s against the studio’s goals: “Put players into a featured multiplayer event, take the player’s seat, and watch? It’s not the kind of match we want; likewise, it doesn’t make much sense to race against the AI in multiplayer with the potential impact on your safety rating, and we won’t be offering this at launch Function”.
“Forza Motorsport” is produced by Turn 10 Studio, and it has been confirmed that it will be released on October 10, 2023. It will land on Xbox X/ S and Steam and join XGP for the first time.
