Apple iOS 17 Top Features
On July 13, Apple pushed the first public beta version of iOS and iPad iOS 17 to iPhone and iPad users. Previously, Apple has released three beta versions of iOS and iPad OS 17 to developers. The content of this public beta version is the same as that of the Beta 3 version, and users who have already tried the Beta 3 version will not receive updates.
Registered developers can opt into the beta by opening Settings – Software Update – Beta Update and then turning on iOS Developer Beta. It’s worth mentioning that an Apple ID associated with a developer account is required to download and install the beta. Here is a little trick: if you do not have an associated Apple ID in the country, you can register for an Apple ID in the US and get updates without linking a developer account.

Mental Health
Apple has optimized the “Mental Health” design in the “Health” application, introduced a new color scheme, changed the colors of different emotions, and can match different button colors and backgrounds according to feelings.
Very happy is orange, somewhat delighted is green, happy is yellow, neither sad nor happy is turquoise, unhappy is blue, painful is blue-purple, and down is purple.
Real-Time Voice
Press the side button three times to display “real-time voice.” After inputting, click Send to read aloud, reflecting Apple’s exploration of barrier-free functions and care for disabled people.
There are also a variety of sounds to choose from.
Password
Added recently deleted modules, deleted passwords, and passkeys will be kept here for 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted.
It should be noted that whether it is a developer test version or a public beta version, there may be problems, such as flashbacks caused by unadopted third-party applications, which will affect daily use. Therefore, users are not recommended to use the main phone to upgrade to this version. Even if the backup phone is used to upgrade, it is best to back it up first to avoid losing important data.
If you don’t want to use the beta version system in the future, turn off receiving beta version system updates in the software update interface and then wait for the push of the next official version to return to the official version.
